.But it was a controversial match.Rohit sharma was giving mot out and ball was declared as no ball and Mahmadullah was given out .But benefit of doubt was giving to fielding team.This was a very controversial issue in the world cup.Bangladesh captain Mortaza went on to blame umpires for their loss in world cup semis.This situation was heated up when bangladesh prime minister sheikh Hasina also blamed umpires for their loss.

Cricket is a gentlemen's game and it must be played in the right spirit.

Australia won 2015 world cup after defeating New Zealand in the finals.Newsland had upper hand on Austrailiajs as they had won all matches and had defeated them in group stages.Australia had home ground advantage.But the world cup finals was a 1 sided match and New Zealand won the toss and elected to bat first but it was a poor batting performance from New Zealand .Only Grant Elliot scored 83 and team only put up 183 total.Australia was at their best .They chased down the total of 183 in 32 overs and registered their 5th world cup win.Michael Clark retired after the world cup win.It was a great farewell for the Austrailian captain.

Australia won the world cup but couldn't win hearts.New Zealanders were polite on the field and Austrailians were rude and sledging was thier in the match.But fact is Australia won the world cup

Indian premier league season has began.Ipl is a T20 tournament.Kolkata knight Riders are the current and defending champions.Kolkata knight Riders have won IPL twice.Seventh of April was the inauguration day of IPL.Bollywood actors like Anushka Sharma,Hrithik Roshan,Farhan Akhtar have performed at the Eden Garden stadium kolkata. As kolkata knight Riders are current champions they hosted the opening ceremony and first match will be played between Mumbai Indians and Kolkata knight Riders.First match will be played on 8th of April 2015.IPL fever has began.

One Day International

A One Day International (ODI) is a form of limited overs cricket, played between two teams with international status, in which each team faces a fixed number of overs, usually fifty. The Cricket World Cup is played in this format. One Day International matches are also called Limited Overs Internationals , although this generic term may also refer to Twenty20 International matches.The international one-day game is a late twentieth-century development. The first ODI was played on 5 January 1971 between Australia and England at the Melbourne Cricket Ground. When the first three days of the third Test were washed out officials decided to abandon the match and, instead, play a one-off one day game consisting of 40 eight-ball overs per side. Australia won the game by 5 wickets. ODIs were played in white kits with a red ball.In the late 1970s, Kerry Packer established the rival World Series Cricket (WSC) competition, and it introduced many of the features of One Day International cricket that are now commonplace, including coloured uniforms, matches played at night under floodlights with a white ball and dark sight screens, and, for television broadcasts, multiple camera angles, effects microphones to capture sounds from the players on the pitch, and on-screen graphics. The first of the matches with coloured uniforms was the WSC Australians in wattle gold versus WSC West Indians in coral pink, played at VFL Park In Melbourne on 17 January 1979. This led not only to Kerry Packer's Channel 9 getting the TV rights to cricket in Australia but also led to players worldwide being paid to play, and becoming international professionals, no longer needing jobs outside of cricket. White kits were used in tandem with coloured kits till 2001, when the use of white flannels were abandoned.

One day international is the shorter format .white ball is used in one day international.one day international is also called as 50 over cricket.  All cricket teams have 11 players.coloured uniforms are worn by teams in this format.I like to watch one day internationals. I support Indian Cricket team . Indian cricket team are the current world champions.India won cricket world cup twice.once under the captaincy of kapil Dev and again under the captaincy of Mahendra singh Dhoni.The next world cup will be held in Australia in 2015.My favourite cricket player in one day international is Sachine Tendulkar. He is right handed batsman and right arm medium bowler.He is also called as God of cricket.The last world cup win was dedicated to sachin Tendulkar as it was his last world cup .Sachin Tendulkar has the record of most number of runs in one day international. Sachin is a living legend . India winning the world cup and sachin scoring double century was the best moment for me in one day international. Sachin retired in the year 2012.Sachins retirement was the sad moment for me as i can't see sachin playing the game of cricket.I hope India wins the 2015 world Cup and become world champions again.

Twenty20

Twenty20 cricket, often abbreviated to T20, is a short form of cricket. It was originally introduced by the England and Wales Cricket Board (ECB) in 2003 for professional inter-county competition in England and Wales. In a Twenty20 game the two teams have a single innings each, which is restricted to a maximum of 20 overs.A typical Twenty20 game is completed in about three hours, with each innings lasting around 75–90 minutes and a 10–20-minute interval. This is much shorter than previously-existing forms of the game, and is closer to the timespan of other popular team sports. It was introduced to create a fast-paced form of the game which would be attractive to spectators at the ground and viewers on television. The ECB did not intend that Twenty20 would replace other forms of cricket (such as 40-50 over one day and multi-day first class formats), and these have continued alongside it.Since its inception the game has been very successful resulting in its spread around the cricket world. On most international tours there is at least one Twenty20 match and all Test-playing nations have a domestic cup competition. The inaugural ICC World Twenty20 was played in South Africa in 2007 with India winning by five runs against Pakistan in the final. Pakistan won the second tournament in 2009,and England Won the title in 2010.west Indies won in the year 2012 .Sri Lanka are the reigning champions after winning the 2014 competition.

This format of cricket is named Twenty20  as each teams bowl and bat for 20 overs each.It is the shorter version of cricket.people specialy youths love this form of cricket . India winning first Twenty20 world cup was the best moment in the history of Indian cricket. Yuvraj Singh is my favourite Twenty20 cricketer. Yuvraj Singh has the record of hitting six 6s in an over against England .The Indian premier league is also a form of Twenty20 cricket. Ipl is all about entertainment.I support Kolkata knight riders in Ipl.kkr are the current and 2 time Ipl champions. But after winning the first twenty20 world cup, Indian never qualified for semi finals.Hope India wins 2016 Twenty20 world cup.

TEST CRICKET.

Test cricket is the longest form of the sport of cricket. Test matches are played between national representative teams with "Test status", as determined by the International Cricket Council (ICC). The two teams of 11 players play a four-innings match, which often lasts up to five days. It is generally considered the most complete examination of teams' playing ability and endurance.The origin of the name Test stems from the long, gruelling match being a "test" of the relative strength of the two sides.The first officially recognised Test match began on 15 March 1877, between England and Australia at the Melbourne Cricket Ground (MCG), where Australia won by 45 runs. A Test match to celebrate 100 years of Test cricket was held in Melbourne from 12 to 17 March 1977, in which Australia beat England by 45 runs—the same margin as that first Test.In October 2012, the International Cricket Council recast the playing conditions for Test matches, permitting day/night Test matches.

Test cricket is played in traditional white clothes. Red ball is used in test cricket. Only 9 teams play test cricket.some of the teams are India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Zimbabwe, Bangladesh, Australia, New Zealand, England. My favourite test player is Rahul Dravid. He is called as wall of cricket. He is also called as Mr Dependable. I like him as a player and also human being.Rahul Dravid is a calm and disciplined player.He believes in fair play.His retirement was sad moment in Indian cricket. I hope he comes back as Indian coach and India regains top spot in test ratings.

When we see the money and popularity of Cricket players we feel like their lives very good and luxuries but we fail to see their hard work and effort.Everybody wants that fame and name but nobody wants to work for it.Some of the players who were out of form or failed to perform are jobless and suffering in poverty.We can see the life of Andrew Simonds he was a star player but due to bad form and his behavior he was dropped from international cricket.At Last he had to aution hes bad for money.Even there are dark side in the game of Cricket as the whole world was shocked by the death of a young Australian Cricket player Phil Huges who died after he was hit by a ball in county cricket match.It was a great loss for the game of Cricket.People fail to see this side of Cricket.
